The facility is located on Booth Road in Searcy, White County, AR. At over 88,000 square feet the 318-bed facility consists of three distinct areas, courts with support areas, sheriff’s department, and jail with support areas.

The court's area consists of support office spaces and two courtrooms. The public area is separated from the other areas of the facility by an electronically secure entry. The offices in the sheriff’s department are housed in the administration area.

The jail includes administration, support, and inmate housing areas. The administration and support areas are located in a one-story part of the building. The support area of the building also houses the intake, kitchen, laundry, medical suite, jail administration functions, and inmate visitation.
