LICHTERMAN SHOPPING CENTER & OFFICE DEPOT, MEMPHIS TENNESSE

Owner wanted to improve "street appeal". Exterior and facade improvements were completed on the four building complex. SpiritArchitecture Group, LLC was hired for the conversion and renovation of an existing Samuel’s building into a space for Office Depot. Additionally an adjacent space was updated for Hollywood Feed.

After evaluating the spaces involved, a design was developed and 3D rendered to better envision how it would fit in the surrounding landscape. To assist the owner, the design was presented in a 3d model for marketing & owner approval.
