Spirit Architecture Group, LLC provides adaptive reuse and renovation expertise. Cornerstone, Inc. acquired the old Delphi Electronics Manufacturing Plant No. 21 (a former subsidiary of General Motors) for their new headquarters and manufacturing facility in Tanner, AL. The plant had been built in the mid-1970s and closed in 2008. In cooperation with Limestone Building Group, Spirit was the design lead on the team that completed a fast-track conversion of this 325,000 SF space into a cutting-edge manufacturing campus for Cornerstone Detention Products and Claborn Manufacturing.
